What file types can I upload?
The quotation page accepts STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. Large or broken files are sent for manual review.
Is the online price final?
It is an estimate based on model size, material, settings, and quantity. The Printables.ph team will evaluate the file and update the final price after slicing or production review.
Can I request custom or multi-color printing?
Yes. Choose a standard color, choose multi-color, or add a custom note explaining which part should use each color. Availability is confirmed before payment.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Pickup, local delivery, and courier shipping are available. Delivery options and fees are shown during checkout or quotation review.
Can you print without a 3D model?
Yes. Send sketches, photos, measurements, or a sample part. The team can quote 3D modeling or file repair before production.
What materials should I choose?
PLA is best for clean display pieces and gifts. PETG is better for stronger practical parts. TPU is flexible. ABS/ASA and PA-CF are for tougher technical jobs. Resin is for very fine detail.
How long does production take?
Small prints can often be finished in 24-48 hours after confirmation. Larger models, multi-color jobs, post-processing, painting, or bulk orders need extra time.
Can I cancel my quote or order?
Customers can cancel unpaid quotations or unpaid orders from the dashboard. Paid, in-production, shipped, or completed orders must be handled by the team because material or production time may already be committed.
Do you accept GCash, QRPH, cards, Maya, GrabPay, and ShopeePay?
Yes. Available checkout options depend on the active payment settings. PayMongo can support cards, QRPH, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, BillEase, and bank transfer channels when enabled.
Do you ship outside Cebu?
Yes. Local pickup, Cebu delivery, nationwide courier, and international courier options can be arranged depending on the item size and destination.
Will you check if my model is printable?
Yes. Uploaded models are reviewed for scale, wall thickness, orientation, support needs, and printer bed fit. The team may recommend changes before final payment.
